Whether you're just starting out or have been on your weight loss journey for a while, we're here to make sense of the science, and share real-world tips that actually help.
We’re not a clinic. We’re not trying to sell you a dream. We’re a content-first space built by people who’ve been through the GLP-1 rollercoaster, from nausea and side effects to motivation crashes and “am I doing this right?” panic.

Who’s Behind Pen-Hub?

Pen-Hub was founded by Nick Mitchell, a former Mounjaro user who lost 30kg during a transformative six-month GLP-1 journey. With a background in nutritional science and three years of degree-level study in Nutrition Therapy, Nick blends academic insight with real lived experience, and a deep understanding of what it actually feels like to go through this process.
Nick is also the founder of NX Digital, a UK-based website design agency, and Pen-Hub is one of its proudest creations. Built in-house with care, purpose, and a clear mission: Make GLP-1 support accessible, honest, and genuinely helpful.
What started as a personal search for trustworthy information turned into a full platform designed to help others navigate their own GLP-1 journey with clarity and confidence.
